Testing & Bug Reports

Find bugs, verify fixes, stress-test edge cases

What you can do

  • Use PingRoute daily and report anything odd
  • Reproduce issues others have reported
  • Test across macOS, Windows, and Linux
  • Try edge cases: unreachable hosts, IPv6, very long routes

Getting started

Check existing issues to avoid duplicates, then open a new one with:

  • A clear title
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Expected vs actual behavior
  • Your OS and PingRoute version

Or use the Report Bug page to pre-fill an issue.

Spread the Word

Help others discover PingRoute

What you can do

  • Share it with people who debug networks regularly
  • Write about your experience using it
  • Star the repo — it genuinely helps visibility

Getting started

No process here — just tell people about it if you find it useful.
